HEFTMAN Preserving Editorial Review
The HEFTMAN Fermenting Jar 2 Pack is designed for safe and effective fermentation of various foods, such as kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut. Customers generally appreciate the value and usability of the jars, noting that they fit well together and are practical for fermenting a variety of items. The specific design features, such as the silicone lids and airlock system, have received positive feedback for enhancing the fermentation process by allowing for easy removal of gas during refrigeration. However, the product's reception is marred by Consistent concerns regarding the jars' fragility. Several customers reported incidents of jars breaking easily, some even during the first use. While the lids and other components like airlocks and weights are praised for their quality, the glass jars themselves are viewed as overly thin and prone to damage. This fragility has led to dissatisfaction, particularly with replacement parts being hard to come by. Customer service received positive remarks, with many reviewers appreciating quick responses and resolutions to issues, including processing replacements for broken items. Despite issues with courier service impacting the initial experience for some buyers, the product's functionality and design earned praise when the jars held up. Overall, the HEFTMAN Fermenting Jar set shows potential for home fermenters who prioritize design and usability, but the quality concerns regarding the glass jars could deter potential buyers. **
