eXtremeRate Accessories FUJSL001 Editorial Review
**Editorial Review** The EXtremeRate Face Clicky Kit for the Steam Deck OLED Console has garnered significant attention and a mix of feedback from users who ventured into modding their handheld gaming experience. Many reviewers found the installation process relatively straightforward, especially when following video guides. For those familiar with PC component installations, the process is similar, albeit on a smaller and somewhat more delicate scale. One of the standout features of this kit is the improved tactile feedback of the buttons, offering a clicky and satisfying response that enhances gameplay. Users noted a marked difference in the D-pad's performance, reporting that it was much more accurate and responsive than the stock version. This upgrade is particularly welcomed in fast-paced action and fighting games, where precision is key to maintaining competitive advantage. However, a few drawbacks emerged in the feedback. Some users expressed that the new buttons require a firmer press than anticipated, leading to finger fatigue during extended gaming sessions. There were also reports of certain buttons, specifically the X button, experiencing issues after only a week of use, which raises concerns about long-term durability. Additionally, the installation process could be hindered by a less-than-ideal screwdriver, with some users finding it inconvenient for larger hands. On the whole, the EXtremeRate Face Clicky Kit is regarded as a worthwhile investment for those looking to enhance their Steam Deck experience, especially for the D-pad upgrade. While it has its quirks, the overall reception suggests that gamers who value tactile feedback and improved usability will benefit from this modification. **
