What are the internal dimensions with the lid on?
Answer: The internal dimensions of this box are: Width 36.5cm x Length 40.5cm x Height 28.0cm -

The black ones like this say they can hold a 'normal' person's weight, are these the same?
Answer: We wouldn't recommend standing on them. -

Do they sell this same size box but not as tall? You see two of these stacked up is too high for me.

Answer: Professional quality storage boxes. Will fit a variety of A3, A4, and foolscap documents, reams of paper, and files. -

Will these take the 12x12 inch card stock?
Answer: No, width-wise is ok but the depth of the box is not 12 inch. Good strong boxes but the measurements on the advertising are completely misleading, you need the inside measurement but even the outside one is wrong. -

Answer: 1ft 4.5 inches by 1ft 6 inches. -

How many foolscap folders will the 42ltr hold, please?
Answer: I didn't use it to store A4 folders. I suggest you measure the thickness of a full A4 folder, take the length dimension given of the container then divide one by the other. Just an idea.
