However, we know a clinic that uses our Magnesium Glycinate supplement to treat Magnesium deficiency in children. They open the capsules and mix the magnesium glycinate powder with a sports drink. The taste itself is not horrible, but it's not great (as is the case with most pharmaceutical and food supplement powders). If you use fruit in your smoothie, you should not feel the taste of the powder. You can give it a try risk-free. If you do not like it, you can return it, and we'll issue a refund for you. Hi, is this pure mg glycinate or mg glycinate buffered? i am a pharmacist, and in my whole life i have never seen a mg glycinate with 20% magnesium.
Answer: Hi there, this is 100% Chelated magnesium glycinate. It is non buffered. I have found it very good. I have atrial fibrillation and I really went into finding the right one. Which I hope this is. I have no problems with it but I only take half the dose. Due to my other medication. Hope this helps.
