Will it fit a 12' ez-up Swift model?
Answer: Our recreational angled walls can work for the Swift but they are just a bit too long. A few inches will touch the ground. -

Will this fit the 10' tents since the 10' sidewalls are too small?
Answer: It will fit, but it will be long at the top, mine is a 12' ez-up brand, but it's actually 10' at the top and 12' at the bottom. ( slanted legs) -

It says 12ft but is that 12x12 or 12ft tall and how many side pieces are there?
Answer: It does in fact extend open to a 12x12 square. Not sure how high it extends upwards but is very tall. Basically one piece unless you count the stakes and case.
