The Fulton FM-1 Post Mount Mailbox Replacement Flag is a sturdy and well-made product according to customers. The red flag is plastic and the black base is metal. It is easy to install and perfect for brick posts. However, the mounting bracket is plastic and the flag is soft metal easily bent. Also, it does not come with hardware, which is frustrating for some customers. The hole in the flag is round, and the plastic lock nut should face towards the mailbox. The flag can be painted if necessary. The product is not recommended for mobile homes as it does not work properly. Unfortunately, it does not come with number stickers and the screws provided are too short. Overall, the product is suitable as a replacement flag.
