However, a common complaint is that the zipper catches material inside and is hard to operate, and occasionally gets stuck. While some customers found the bag to easily fit under seats on Southwest Airlines, some found it too big for Frontier Airlines. The handle has stops, but it only locks at full extension. Nonetheless, customers commended the bag for being sturdy and strong, with easy to pull and push wheels.
