The case might not work well in low cell signal areas as it may cause garbled voice or no reception. Some customers complained about receiving used or broken cases, and some were not satisfied with the plastic screen protector. However, the case is solid and provides all-around protection for the phone. It lasted around a year, but the kickstand is flimsy.
