Answer: The diameters on the tips on this system are bigger than the stock exhaust tips and seem to be designed for the cut-outs. If you have no cutouts on the bumper, you might have issues trying to install it on stock hangers. You may need to modify the hangers to make it work. -

MagnaFlow Exhaust Products Mufflers 15363 Editorial Review
The MagnaFlow 15363 Large Performance Exhaust Kit is a cat-back system that provides a great sound for Ram trucks. The system has larger tailpipes and is designed for Ram trucks with a dual-exit bumper. However, it can be installed on other models with a few modifications to the hangers. The black-coated tips may oxidize with salt or snow, but can be painted over easily with rustoleum high temp spray paint. The system is easy to install and fits well with no issues reported. However, there are reports of quality issues after a few months with one customer encountering a muffler split across the entire weld on the output side. The company has not been responsive to calls or emails, and when they eventually responded, they shipped a new muffler free of charge. There have also been reports of hanger weld issues and the black coating fading. Despite these issues, the price is reasonable for a product with good sound quality. The system is quieter than stock at highway speeds, but gets louder when stepping on it.
