How much of a lift does it give the truck?
Answer: After installing the Rancho struts, the front came up about 3 inches. -

I have a 2006 F150. Can I buy four of these and do all of my struts with these, front and rear? Also I'd like to have a lift closer to three inches.
Answer: These struts are for the front only and are sold individually. -

Answer: No, the bottom shock bracket is different and Rancho does not make one to fit the 2014-2016 models. -

What happens if I put my 3.5 level kit on top of these?
Answer: The Rancho QuickLift is not designed to be used with an additional lift.
