The Saucony Men's Cohesion 11 Running Shoe has received excellent reviews from customers who suffer from flat feet, knee pain or joint issues. One user with flat feet said it was an ideal shoe as it provided support without the need for added arch support that proved uncomfortable when jogging. The shoe is light and provides a nice even ground strike. It is not recommended for high arches or collapsed arches. The shoe runs narrow, so E or W width is recommended. The Saucony Hurricane 22 is an excellent follow-up shoe that provides great cushion and stability. The shoe is not recommended for supination or for people who wear orthotics. For plantar fasciitis issues, insoles for shoes/sneakers are recommended.
