The Walkie Talkie Earpiece is a good product that is compatible with a VX-354 radio, though make sure to order the correct batch as the screw size may differ. The earpiece has an extra clip to prevent separation at the point where the wire attaches, which is an improvement over other designs. The radio volume dial controls the volume, and there is no volume control in the headset itself. The cords are lengthy, making it easier to conceal the earpiece for "plain clothes" work. Overall, this earpiece does the job and is of high quality.
