What is the size of the bags?
Answer: The bags come in Dimensions of 14 inches L, 8 inches W, 3 inches D. -

Is it Safe to use in Microwave?
Answer: Yes, it is Microwave safe. -

How many pieces are there in a package?
Answer: There are 20 pieces in a package. -
Question:
How do you secure top of bag? Can food be marinated in bag prior to cooking? Do the bags go directly on oven rack?
Answer: I fold the top over at least twice and sometimes I staple both ends after I fold it. I have never marinated in them, I would not recommend it. I put them on a cookie sheet, because they are easier to take out of the oven. -

Are these bags coated with anything? Silicone or quilon?
Answer: I’m sorry I don’t remember. What I do remember is I was not happy. They were not sealed well. (Seams leaked) and liquids seeped through. I threw them away. -
Question:
Can you wrap these in foil and place on grill?
Answer: Yes, we have done this method several times. Had a BBQ today and did this. Cooked on the grill for a few hours in the parchment & wrapped the whole thing in foil. Very very tender juicy meat. But this does create a lot of juice so there is some drippage. -

Does anyone have problems with them leaking?
Answer: We use these on the grill to hold a small brisket and wrap the whole thing with foil. They keep in the moisture very well, but yes, they do leak. Meat comes out very tender. I purchased in store but coming here to buy more. -
Question:
Can these be used for poaching fish?
Answer: These bags can be used in the oven to keep fish moist but not for the poaching process. To poach fish, you need to use a steamer. You can use the parchment bags to cook fish with veggies for a full meal. -

What size are these bags?
Answer: They are large enough to roast a small chicken.
