The Epson Perfection 3490 Photo Scanner is an older model that may not be worth purchasing. It has been discontinued since 2005 and may not be in the best condition if you buy it now. The newer models from Epson are just as capable, if not more, and are lower in price. However, if you still choose to buy this scanner, it is compatible with Windows 10 and comes with a separate plastic frame for negatives. It does not have the capability to scan 6x6 negatives and the film holder is a separate item.
