Would this color be the same as permanent rose by Windsor Newton?
Answer: Close. It's slightly bluer, and I was hoping it would be slightly warmer than the rose. A combination of 3 transparent quinacridone pigments - one of which is the permanent rose pigment. I prefer perm rose.
