Users who are not satisfied with the product can replace the strings with any standard electric guitar strings, and the guitar can be strung to play left-handed. Although many customers expressed satisfaction with the guitar and appreciated its value for money, some had a bad experience. One customer received the guitar in unusable condition, with the neck ripped off the body, and the trim coming off in places. However, the store offered a replacement or refund.
