Answer: Yes, this motor is a 5-5/8" diameter motor, which can be considered a 48Y frame. -

Will it work if the original motor is 1.5 Amps?
Answer: Yes, the D7909 motor is 1.8 Amps, so it would work. However, I cannot guarantee if it is the correct replacement. -

Can I use this to replace a 1.3 Amp, 1075 RPM, 0.25 HP, 200V motor?
Answer: No, this motor is rated for 208V at the low end, so it is not suitable for a 200V motor. -

Answer: No, this motor does not have a base mounting flange like a 48-frame motor. It is secured to the outside unit grille with all-threads and the shaft points down.
