Answer: All of our products are cruelty-free, with the exception of tampons. Tampons are regulated by the FDA as Class II medical devices. As such, all tampons on the market must undergo some level of animal testing to be deemed safe for the public. We had explored other pathways to certification, however, none were FDA approved. Our hope is that one day alternative methods of testing become available to replace this antiquated practice. -

Answer: No. You should never flush any tampon down the toilet. Especially the wrappers. -
