The power supply has received mixed reviews from customers. Some love the dual use feature and it being just as good as other well-known brands such as Critical Atom X and the OEM version. However, others have reported issues with it such as overheating of machines, shorting when a loop is used over a foot switch and it disintegrating after only 6 weeks of use. One customer also doesn’t know how to turn it off other than unplugging it. Overall, customers seem to have a mixed experience with the product.
