The Wicked Colors 2-Ounce Wicked Airbrush Set, Pearl provides excellent quality paint that can be used to airbrush on a wide range of surfaces, including metal, motorcycle paint and a fiberglass fairing, and polycarbonate RC bodies. It is an acrylic paint which can be used for touch-ups on a blemish or crack, but if you want to airbrush a drum kit, you should sand the shells down, then paint then clear coat. The colors are great, but some customers had an issue with getting it to flow through their airbrush and it needed a significant amount of thinner to get better results. Some bottles had previously opened lids, and the caps were broken too. Other customers found that the metallic bits had hardened at the bottom of each bottle, and the paint seemed like old paint that had been sitting around. The paint dries rough and dull, so it needs to be glossed for best results.
