The product was described as visually appealing from a distance but faced criticism on closer inspection. Several customers pointed out flaws, including discrepancies between the product's appearance in promotional images and the actual item received. Users reported that the door hanger was made of very thin paper and described the printing quality as subpar, with issues like smeared fonts and burnt edges.
