The American Bass USA XFL 1244 2000W Max Dual 4Ω 12 Subwoofer is a powerful subwoofer that has great clarity and can handle its rated power and more. It has a 3" copper voice coil, 220oz motor and an aluminum basket. It is a good value for money and is capable of producing loud bass. Customers are advised to tune their box carefully and have good electrical support. The subwoofer should be powered by a 3000 RMS mono-block amp and should be wired down to one ohm. The ideal vented enclosure for this sub is 1.7 cubic feet. The sub should not be mounted under the back seat as it is too large and has a deep mounting depth. The subwoofer is made in China, which may be a downside for some customers.
